SVEN VÄTH - Live @ Cocoon. Pacha 2018

Sven Väth – Live @ Cocoon Pacha Ibiza

Experience the monumental metamorphosis as an Ibiza empire enters a bold new era.
The summer of 2018 marked a tectonic shift in global club culture. After 18 historic seasons defining Monday nights at Amnesia, the undisputed "Papa" of techno, Sven Väth, shocked the electronic world by packing up his vinyl crates and moving his legendary Cocoon residency to the newly reimagined Pacha Ibiza.
Recorded live near the climax of this premier season on Monday, 24 September 2018, this 90-minute mix captures Sven Väth thriving in his new home. Shedding any doubts that Cocoon's raw underground spirit would clash with Pacha’s glamorous aesthetics, Papa Sven transforms the intimate, redesigned main floor into a sweating, driving warehouse paradise.
Playing exclusively on vinyl, Sven delivers an uncompromising, brilliantly sequenced journey through dark, physical techno, hypnotic progressive house, and deep underground tech grooves. The pacing is a masterclass in tension and release, blending mechanical precision with the raw, romantic energy that has made Sven an untouchable icon for decades.
